Testing the Notes Collection

This is a simple note to verify that the new notes/ collection is wired up correctly.

If everything is working, this file should:

• appear on /notes/
• render its own page under /notes/testing-the-notes-collection/
• show its tags on the note page
• appear on the matching tag archive pages

That gives you a fast end-to-end check before you start writing real notes.
